Aside from plants looking so darn good, they can also have a beneficial effect on your health. At home or in the work place, plants are known to boost your mood, reduce stress, improve concentration and purify the air.
Plants do a lot for us, so what can we do for them? Keeping your green friend happy is easy. Think of BLISS.
B – bugs, are there any extra guests on the leaves or stem?
L – lighting, is the plant getting enough or too much light?
I – irrigation, establish a watering pattern, check soil for wetness or lack of.
S – space, is the plant in a draft area, will the plant out grow its corner?
S – species, what type of plant do you have? Does it like a specific environment, humid/dry air?
Our plants speak to us, we just have to listen.
